The Qatar World Cup already knows 29 classified teams. There are 3 to be confirmed, which will be defined after the international playoffs that will be played in June.

The winner of the playoff between Asia and Conmebol, the winner of the playoff between Oceania and Concacaf and the European playoff remains to be determined.

The draw for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar takes place today, Friday, April 1, starting at 16:00 GMT at the Exhibition and Congress Center in Doha, Qatar. In this draw, the eight groups that will make up the first phase of the Soccer World Cup will be known.

Qatar World Cup Format

The format of the 2022 World Cup is the classic. Eight groups of four teams that will play three matches in a round robin format, single match.

The first two classified of each group will be in the round of 16 and the format faces group A vs B, C vs D, E vs F and G vs H, that is:
